The Chikondra Trilogy has been and continues to be a major undertaking
and time-consuming commitment. As this journey continues its path,
there are those who have contributed their own time, efforts, and
talents to the trilogy’s life:
My husband: Patience and encouragement…and the support that
freed me from many of the routine tasks that would have made the
writing more difficult and drawn out.
Gabriel: The young man behind much of the technical stuff that
makes this writer more than a little crazy.
Marcos: The teenager whose observations and opinions have been
valuable as I considered different ways of expressing some parts
of the story.
Jan: The ever-willing extra set of eyes and the friend willing
to wallop me over the head ever-so-gently.
Philippa: The wise and faithful friend whose voice and words crossed
an ocean to hold my hand when I faltered in this endeavor.
Kathy F.: The friend who has been there for nearly forty years.
Kathy H.: A newer friend who never hesitates to give me a gentle
shove ahead when I lose focus and think about backing away.
Sauna Friends: A group of authors who encourage one another through
the joys and throes of writing endeavors. Their names are Debbie
Alferio, Robert Blackwell, Robin Carrig, Nancy Clark, Amy J. Cooper,
Jerry Lopper, and RM Secor.
